Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler to develop and maintain detailed shop floor schedules that translate the production plan into sequenced tasks for manufacturing operations.

The role partners with production, planning, materials and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and minimize downtime. Reporting to the Manufacturing Planning and Control Manager, you will focus on short-term scheduling and real-time adjustments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or manufacturing support.
• Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments preferred.
• Travel 0–10%.
• Work hours typically 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed production schedules that sequence work orders across lines, work centers, and shifts.
• Coordinate with production, planning, materials, and logistics to review schedule adherence and resolve issues.
• Release work orders and prioritize urgent or at-risk orders while maintaining MPS alignment.
• Maintain scheduling data in ERP/APS, track KPIs, and generate reports on performance.
