Job summary

Winonics in California seeks a Production Coordinator to monitor orders, coordinate schedules, and ensure on-time customer deliveries. You will work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Purchasing, Quality, Sales, and Management to track progress and resolve scheduling issues.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in production coordination in a manufacturing setting, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years in production coordination, scheduling, manufacturing, customer service, or related role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP/MRP and MS Office.
• Ability to work across multiple departments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• PCB/electronics manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production orders and WIP to keep jobs on schedule.
• Develop and communicate daily and weekly production schedules.
• Track job status and coordinate actions to meet delivery commitments.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts, material shortages, and production issues with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare production reports on backlog, WIP, shipments, and on-time delivery.
• Assist with production and material handling as needed.
• Support continuous improvement for production flow and scheduling.
• Participate in production meetings and provide updates on job progress.
