Bench in Rochester, MN is seeking a production scheduling coordinator to tie together Production, Planning, Engineering and Materials. You will monitor work orders, drive on-time shipments, and coordinate with multiple teams to keep the manufacturing flow efficient.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years electronics manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Experience with Microsoft products.
• Knowledge of production scheduling systems.

Responsabilidades

• Monitors work order due dates to ensure on-time shipping and informs manufacturing management of product flow.
• Leads recurring meetings to drive closure of overdue work orders.
• Coordinates rework and upgrades work orders and production transitions.
• Acts as focal point for machine line scheduling for backlogged machines with conflicting priorities.
• Coordinates production output goal setting for special circumstances.
• Interacts with Configuration Analysts, Schedulers, Stockroom and Production Leaders for releases and shortages.
• Maintains documentation, progress reports and corrective action follow up.
