Job summary

Tecnadyne is seeking a Production Scheduler to own the flow of work from parts intake through shipping in a small, high‑mix manufacturing environment. You will build and maintain the schedule, keep every job up to date in ClickUp, and coordinate with each department to ensure on‑time commitments.

Ideal candidates are organized, persistent communicators who can hold teams accountable to dates, with 2+ years in scheduling or expediting. Strong Excel and ERP/MRP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in production scheduling, planning, expediting, or materials coordination in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage many jobs and priorities at once.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication with the confidence to follow up and hold others accountable.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and project tracking tools.
• Ability to read work orders, bills of materials, and basic technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains the production schedule across multiple departments based on due dates, capacity and material availability.
• Owns job tracking in ClickUp, keeping status, dates, and next steps current.
• Identifies capacity constraints and scheduling conflicts, and recommends options to leadership.
• Coordinates schedule changes when priorities shift and communicates impact to departments.
• Manages handoffs between departments to prevent stalls and escalates when dates are at risk.
• Follows up daily with department leads on open commitments and closes action items.
• Leads or supports regular production meetings and documents owners and actions.
• Holds teams accountable to agreed dates and partners with Supply Chain on material availability.
