Prototek Digital Manufacturing in Wisconsin is seeking a Production Scheduler to keep our high‑mix shop on track. You’ll build and manage schedules that balance customer commitments with shop capacity, anticipate bottlenecks, and adjust priorities with manufacturing teams to ensure on‑time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of scheduling experience in manufacturing, an associate degree in Supply Chain or related field, and strong ERP/MRP skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Associate's degree in Supply Chain or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and ISO 9001 or AS9100 quality standards.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and reading manufacturing prints.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage production schedules that balance customer needs with shop capacity.
• Anticipate bottlenecks and adjust schedules to avoid delays.
• Coordinate production priorities and resources with manufacturing teams.
• Monitor material availability and vendor requirements.
