Job summary

TalentQ, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduler (or Senior Production Scheduler, depending on experience) to build and maintain production schedules that keep customer delivery commitments on track while making the best use of labor, equipment, and materials.

You will partner with Production, Materials, Engineering, Procurement, Customer Service, and Operations to balance capacity, manage priorities, and keep work flowing efficiently through the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of production scheduling experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of production planning, capacity planning, and inventory management.
• Hands-on ERP/MRP experience.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office skills.
• Excellent analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand and capacity.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure schedules are achievable.
• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules for changes in demand or constraints.
• Maintain accurate scheduling data in ERP/MRP and planning systems.
• Lead scheduling review meetings and communicate changes and risks to stakeholders.
• Track schedule adherence and drive continuous improvement.
• Support capacity and scheduling insights to the SIOP process.
