Accelerate Professional Talent Solutions is seeking a Production Scheduler in Appleton, WI to develop and manage production schedules and ensure on-time customer delivery in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will coordinate with operations, purchasing, and customer service, monitor inventory levels, and adjust schedules based on demand, capacity and material availability, leveraging MRP/ERP systems and Excel-based data analysis to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

3+ years of production scheduling, planning, or materials management experience in manufacturing.
Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems and inventory control principles.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain production schedules based on demand, capacity, and material availability.
Coordinate with operations, purchasing, customer service, and other cross-functional teams.
Monitor inventory levels and support inventory optimization initiatives.
