The role requires 3+ years in scheduling or related manufacturing roles, ERP experience (Epicor a plus), and strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of production scheduling, planning, or manufacturing operations experience.
• Experience with ERP systems; Epicor experience is a plus.
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on customer demand and capacity.
• Collaborate with production teams, supervisors, and customer service to manage schedule changes and rush orders.
• Monitor material availability and identify potential shortages before they impact production.
• Participate in production meetings and communicate schedule updates across departments.
• Analyze production data and adjust plans to meet customer expectations and efficiency.
• Work with the Production Control Manager to review capacity planning and optimize workflow.
