Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Supply Chain or Industrial Engineering.
• Relevant experience in production planning, scheduling, or operations coordination.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, Excel, and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Compile and consolidate data into a master production schedule.
• Improve visibility and communication of scheduling across teams.
• Monitor work progress and update the master schedule accordingly.
• Coordinate flow of work and materials between departments to reduce bottlenecks.
• Analyze make-to-stock inventory and its downstream effects.
• Track high-priority jobs to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Quality, and Logistics to align with material availability.
• Perform scheduling and production control administrative tasks.
• Report to the Operations Manager as part of the Production Control team.
• Provide actionable insights to production supervisors by synthesizing data streams.
