Job summary

You will work with Production, Quality Control, Shipping/Receiving, Customer Service, and other teams to maintain schedules, resolve shortages, and prepare detailed production plans and pull sheets.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in production planning or related operations.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication with cross-functional teams.
• Basic computer skills and experience with data entry systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on orders, forecasts, and inventory.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control, Customer Service, Shipping/Receiving and Operations to support workflow.
• Provide product availability updates and work order status to stakeholders.
• Research and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, scheduling, and materials.
• Generate purchase requisitions for raw materials and packaging; maintain packaging inventory.
• Prepare detailed production plans and pull sheets for teams.
