Job summary

100KCrossing is seeking a Production Planner in Cincinnati to develop and maintain production schedules, optimize manufacturing processes, and support smooth execution of production-related projects.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, procurement, logistics and production, ensuring plans align with capacity and business objectives.

The role requires experience in production planning, ERP/MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial/Manufacturing/Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience in production planning, inventory management, or related manufacturing roles.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Excel.
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage production schedules based on demand, capacity, and inventory.
• Provide technical support to resolve process issues, document SOPs and work instructions.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure materials are available on time.
• Assess production capacity, recommend adjustments, and plan effective labor/floor utilization.
• Coordinate work orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, procurement, logistics, and leadership to align production plans.
