Responsibilities

• Schedule service and engineered product jobs with customers and shop management.
• Update production board and inform stakeholders of schedule changes.
• Track turnaround/outage costs and weekly invoicing.
• Plan and prepare valve specs and material requisitions.
• Provide technical support and resolve manufacturing issues as needed.
• Source direct shipment, special, and rush items cost-effectively.
• Follow up on quotations and respond to customer requests.
• Collaborate with sales support, Account Managers, and business development.
• Keep management informed with timely reports.
