Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills essential.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications preferred.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities needed.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions accurately.
• Forklift certification is required or must be obtained.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures and wear PPE.
• Release and coordinate production travelers to start jobs on time.
• Monitor, modify, and release work orders as needed.
• Assist with production scheduling using the ERP system.
• Move materials and parts throughout the facility.
• Distribute raw materials to production departments and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with production, supply chain, shipping, and receiving.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment after certification.
• Provide backup support for shipping, receiving, and purchasing functions.
• Maintain an organized work area following 6S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
