Job summary

KPS Global is seeking a Production Coordinator to join the Inventory Control/Scheduling team. You will maintain production schedules and support multiple tasks to keep productions running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of related experience, ERP experience (Syteline or CSI CloudSuite), and strong communication skills. This role requires coordinating with customers, logistics carriers, and internal teams to ensure on-time shipments and accurate data.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of related experience in manufacturing or supply chain.
• ERP experience with Syteline or CSI CloudSuite.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing processes.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• High school diploma required; college coursework welcomed.
• Residential or commercial construction experience preferred.
• Ability to liaise with management on complex issues.
• Able to coordinate with customers and logistics carriers.
• Capable of general clerical duties to support production.

Responsibilities

• Procure and coordinate buyouts for customer orders.
• Provide timely reporting to management and stakeholders.
• Communicate order status to sales and factory teams.
• Develop efficient build schedules with plant management.
• Ensure complete shipments including buyouts and periphery equipment.
• Schedule shipments with customers and carriers.
• Maintain relationships with customers' purchasing and construction departments.
• Support production with clerical duties and scheduling.
• Assist in problem resolution to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Manage production scheduling and billing.
