Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Production Scheduler in Rochester, MN to coordinate activities between Production, Planners, Support, Engineering and Materials. The role drives continuous improvement across systems and support functions to improve on-time delivery and manufacturing efficiency.

You will monitor work orders, lead meetings to resolve overdue WOs, coordinate rework, and manage priorities across multiple lines while ensuring data accuracy and timely documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years electronics manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math.
• Experience with production scheduling concepts and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitors work order due dates to ensure on-time shipment and keeps manufacturing leadership informed.
• Leads recurring meetings to close overdue work orders.
• Coordinates rework and upgrades work orders across production.
• Acts as the scheduling focal point for line and production priorities.
• Coordinates production output goals and supports changes to machine line or Wave operations.
