Qualifications

• 4 year degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience as approved by executive management.
• 5+ years of experience in planning and scheduling.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to drive solutions with limited supervision.
• Demonstrated teamwork on diverse project teams and mentoring coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Load schedule and release orders per the schedule review process.
• Provide mentorship for other schedulers in the department.
• Communicate forecast and production schedule changes to stakeholders.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives with proper documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Shipping, and Purchasing on priorities and capacity.
