Benchmark Electronics in Minnesota, Rochester seeks a production scheduling coordinator to align activities between Production, Support, Engineering and Materials. You will drive continuous improvement across systems and ensure timely product flow.

Responsibilities include monitoring due dates, leading overdue-WO closures, coordinating rework and machine-line scheduling, and maintaining documentation. Strong MS Office and production scheduling knowledge are essential.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 2+ years of electronics manufacturing experience, 2+ years with Microsoft Office
• Ability to read, write and perform basic math
• Demonstrate very good knowledge of business systems associated with production scheduling

Responsabilidades

• Monitor WO due dates to ensure on-time shipment and update management on product flow
• Lead meetings to close overdue WOs
• Coordinate rework and upgrades WOs and release coordination with Cage, PPS and BaaN
• Serve as focal point for machine line scheduling for backlogged machines
• Coordinate production output goals for special circumstances
• Maintain documentation, progress reports and corrective action follow-up
• Liaise with analysts, schedulers, stockroom and production leaders for releases and shortages
• Track status and resolve issues with support groups
