Job summary

Benchmark is seeking a Production Scheduler in Winona, MN to coordinate activities between Production, Planning, Support, Engineering and Materials, and to drive continuous improvement across systems.

You will monitor work orders, lead recurring meetings to close overdue WOs, and ensure on-time product shipments while coordinating updates with Cage, PPS and BaaN. This role requires detail orientation, teamwork, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years electronics manufacturing experience.
• 2+ years with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitors work order due dates to ensure on-time shipping.
• Leads meetings to close overdue work orders.
• Coordinates rework and upgrades work orders.
