Job summary

Beckman Coulter Life Sciences, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Plastics Planner to optimize production scheduling, monitor processes, ensure quality control, and document and report performance in Indianapolis, IN. This on-site role reports to the Production Supervisor within the Flow Cytometry Team.

You will coordinate daily outputs, communicate requirements clearly to manufacturing, and collaborate to resolve scheduling issues while adhering to safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience, or Master's with 3 years’ experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Understanding of manufacturing and demand planning to drive production scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Create and organize a production schedule on a daily basis and ensure outputs are recorded in the system.
• Communicate schedules clearly to the manufacturing team and ensure understanding of requirements to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with associates to resolve scheduling issues and ensure smooth operations.
