Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Production Planning Analyst II to manage inventory planning from raw materials through finished goods and support pilot builds for new products. This on-site role in Chaska, MN requires a degree with 2+ years in procurement or related fields and ERP/MRP experience.

You will review forecasts, master production schedules, and material requirements while coordinating with cross-functional teams to maintain optimal inventory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in Procurement or a closely related field.
• Experience in a high-volume work environment using interpersonal leadership skills.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP/MRP systems: Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, PowerPoint, Excel, or Power BI; ability to learn job-specific programs.
• Ability to work in a matrix environment managing conflicting priorities.
• APICS CPIM, CSCP, or CPM Certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop production/supply plans considering forecasts, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
• Identify and maintain planning parameters in Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS to optimize supply plans.
• Partner with Development and new product teams for product launches.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance planning tools and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to leverage data for process improvement.
