Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience.
• 1-2 years of production scheduling experience.
• 2 years’ experience working in a production environment.
• Experience working within a business enterprise system is a plus.
• AutoCAD and SolidWorks experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production scheduling for field service, repair, and maintenance.
• Lead weekly production meetings to track milestones.
• Ensure tasks and customer commitments are met on schedule.
• Manage documentation including travelers, drawings, test documentation, and customer specifications.
• Back-up production order entry activities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address capacity gaps and drive rapid resolution.
• Lead daily management process (SQDIPE) and data analysis for improvements.
• Participate in Kaizen events and 5S activities.
