Responsibilities

• Schedules shift work to meet production SLAs and efficiency targets.
• Develops and controls schedules based on customer requirements.
• Analyzes daily reports to predict production levels and workflow.
• Optimizes changeover, labor, and equipment usage.
• Provides data to support shift supervisor planning.
• Notifies supervisor of issues impacting workflow.
• Monitors production to maximize machine and staff efficiency.
