Job summary

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of production scheduling experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and familiarity with MS Word/Excel and CAD tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent CI experience preferred.
• 1–2 years production scheduling experience and 2 years in production environment.
• Experience with AutoCAD and SolidWorks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production, field service, repair, and preventative maintenance scheduling.
• Lead weekly production meetings to track milestones and schedules.
• Ensure documentation (travellers, drawings, test docs, customer specs) is provided promptly.
• Back-up production order entry activities as needed.
• Collaborate with technicians to maintain capacity and address gaps.
