Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–4 years in production coordination, construction operations, or related role preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Experience supporting field operations or warranty service coordination is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate daily/weekly production and service work, allocate field labor and subcontractors, and communicate priorities.
• Manage service materials, process orders, and maintain detailed documentation of labor hours and work orders.
• Coordinate with branch leadership, installers, and managers to communicate schedule changes and jobsite conditions.
• Support field operations with labor coordination, scheduling adjustments, and issue resolution to meet on-time completion.
