Responsibilities

• Directly and indirectly manage all aspects of employment life cycle for department staffing (interviewing, selection, training, scheduling, promotions, disciplinary actions, performance management).
• Direct sanitation for production rooms and equipment; oversee porters; maintain cleanliness and orderliness of facility.
• Train and direct employees to conform to safety and quality procedures (MSD, chemicals handling).
• Plan work schedules to meet production goals; inspect equipment; coordinate inter-department activities.
