Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years’ experience in mechanical or manufacturing field.
• Prior forklift training required; current certification preferred.
• Flexibility to support/train on all three shifts.
• Strong math skills are essential.
• Good oral comprehension and expression in English.
• Demonstrated success leading a team and dependable with a sense of urgency.
• Stand for the duration of the shift; walk long distances; read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee milling operations and equipment performance.
• Train operators in milling, safety, and quality procedures.
• Follow all BRC guidelines and complete daily logs.
• Inspect mills, sifters, and parts before runs; ensure production schedules are met.
• Assist with machine changeovers and maintain department productivity.
• Relay issues between operators and management and ensure compliance.
