Manager, Production Sales

Job Summary

This remote role involves significant travel. The Manager, Production Sales, will help procure and manage key accounts, support business development efforts, and assist our venue sales teams. The role focuses on providing exceptional customer service to clients, venue teams, and partners.

Essential Functions
  1. Support growth and profitability by serving as a primary outside sales resource, focusing on producing high-quality events within the corporate space. This includes identifying prospects, building relationships, and offering creative solutions.
  2. Generate and revise quotes based on hotel leads requiring AV products and services.
  3. Follow the venue-based sales process, including lead prequalification, quote generation, contract confirmation, and follow-up.
  4. Deeply understand Pinnacle Live's products and offerings.
  5. Provide leads with resources like layouts, visuals, and product suggestions.
  6. Enter client information into Pinnacle Live's CRM platform accurately.
  7. Collaborate effectively with the Director of Production Sales.
  8. Build strong relationships within and outside hotel sales organizations.
  9. Support Pinnacle Live's sales teams at hotel locations.
  10. Participate in networking organizations to develop new relationships.
Education & Experience
  • Minimum three years' experience in sales and customer service; hospitality industry experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and generating sales insights.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.
  • Production and staging experience preferred.
  • Scenic and decor experience preferred.
  • CMP or CEM certification desirable.
  • Rigging, electrical, and exhibit experience preferred.
Travel Demands

Up to 40% travel required.
