Job summary

Xerox Business Solutions, LLC in Lexington, KY is seeking a Production Sales Executive to lead outside B2B sales across the greater Lexington area. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, driving adoption of Xerox Production Office Technology and services, including hardware, software, and IT offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• Production sales experience including high end printing equipment and associated software.
• Technology sales experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and rapport building abilities.
• Great interpersonal, negotiation and presentation capabilities.
• Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Willingness to take risks and try innovative approaches.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Owning production sales cycles from beginning to end.
• Support Xerox Sales Representatives with production cycles and software opportunities within a defined geography through innovative tools.
• Manage the production product portfolio through key needs assessments, strong understanding of market and existing gaps within teams supported.
• Deploy, support and inspect key marketing initiatives.
• Work an assigned territory by conducting customer sales calls independently and with Xerox Sales Representatives.
• Collaborate with other support team remembers on key sales initiatives: big hit management, request for proposal (RFP), statements of work (SOW).
• Develop and implement tools and programs to maximize customer retention.
• Develop and implement tools to increase Sales Representatives’ knowledge of competition, applications and Xerox products.
• Work with appropriate support teams and business partners as required throughout sales cycle.
• Align and leverage field resources and counterparts to drive revenue.
• Act as subject matter resource for Xerox Sales Representatives in addressing product questions, customer objectives, proposals and utilization of tactical actions.
• Production Sales Executives will be responsible for key high impact activities, delivering hardware and software virtual demos, live demonstration via the Virtual Demo Room, high level customer contacts, Lead studies / assessments.
• Meet or exceed revenue and/or gross profit sales objectives.
• Stay up to date regarding changes in technology.
