Job summary

You will develop team members and drive performance in a fast-paced plant environment. The position requires at least one year of supervisory experience in an industrial setting, with strong communication and safety knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train and motivate others.
• Understanding and adherence to safety regulations.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Ability to lift 50lbs or more as required.
• Minimum of one year supervisory or lead experience in an industrial setting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, lead, train, and coach employees within department
• Manage, supervise and direct employees.
• Ensure compliance in safety, environment, and personnel issues that may arise.
• Monitor and ensure plant productivity, material quality, and daily tasks are completed
• All other tasks as assigned.
