Job summary

OmniSource in Toledo, OH is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead and coach a manufacturing team. The role focuses on safety, productivity, and quality, directing daily tasks and ensuring policy compliance.

You will develop team members and drive performance in a fast-paced plant environment. The position requires at least one year of supervisory experience in an industrial setting, with strong communication and safety knowledge.

The Supervisor is responsible for leading and directing employees within the department to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations. This role focuses on driving productivity, maintaining material quality, and supporting daily operational goals while ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and environmental regulations. The Supervisor will coach, train, and develop team members, address performance and personnel matters as they arise, and monitor key processes to support overall plant performance.
