Responsible for directing daily activities and ensuring production and quality standards, the ideal candidate will have at least three years of supervisory experience in manufacturing. Qualifications
Minimum of three years experience in previous supervision role in manufacturing environment.
Possess a high level of technical expertise, ability to apply skills to continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Critical and proactive thinking skills.
Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate daily work activities to meet production and quality standards.
Provide or delegate training to all employees on policies and procedures.
Monitor production and quality standards throughout the shift.
Ensure all aspects of safety are followed by all employees.
Communicate regularly with employees and engage them to improve performance.
Serve as a change agent for continuous improvement initiatives.
Troubleshoot machine issues promptly.
Ensure all line functions meet quality and performance standards.
Develop and implement procedures to correct underperformance.
