Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in previous supervision role in manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate daily work activities to meet production and quality standards.
• Provide or delegate training to all employees on policies and procedures.
• Monitor production and quality standards throughout the shift.
• Ensure all aspects of safety are followed by all employees.
• Communicate regularly with employees and engage them to improve performance.
• Serve as a change agent for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot machine issues promptly.
• Ensure all line functions meet quality and performance standards.
• Develop and implement procedures to correct underperformance.
