• Assists with product changeover and sets up production equipment.
• Troubleshoots problems with equipment, devices, or products.
• Monitors and adjusts production processes for quality and productivity.
• Inspects production for quality and customer specifications.
• Monitors SPC charts and performs quality checks.
• Maintains inventory of job materials; ensures materials available.
• Writes work orders and updates journal at end of shift.
• Follows safety regulations and company policies.
• Trains operators as needed.
• Inputs maintenance work orders through Maximo system.
• Reviews internal email and calendar per shift.
