The EHS leader will guide a professional team, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and embed a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Based at the Atlanta Distribution Center with future move to the Mega Distribution Center in Waco, GA, the role partners with leadership to align EHS programs with business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, industrial safety or related science with manufacturing experience.
• OSHA 10/30 certifications and professional safety credentials are preferred.
• 5–7 years of manufacturing EHS experience required; 8–11 years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Advise senior leadership on complex EHS issues and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-department efforts to implement EHS policies and procedures.
• Define project terms for EHS initiatives and ensure alignment with goals.
• Implement programs ensuring regulatory compliance and employee training.
• Lead audits, measure program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
