You will coach a 10+ person team, implement best practices, drive continuous improvement and collaborate across departments to maintain operational excellence in a manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma.
• 5–7 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, wire and cable.
• Preferred: Associate's Degree; 8–11 years in the field.
• Direct reports: 10+.
• Travel: None.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations ensuring schedules and productivity targets are met.
• Advise on procedures, safety, and performance expectations.
• Partner with management to set goals and align with priorities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coach staff through mentorship and performance feedback.
• Coordinate cross-department workflows to optimize production.
