Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record and full insurance.
• Safe driving habits a must.
• Operational cell phone.
• Friendly and personable; able to work independently.
• Punctual, reliable, responsible, professional and courteous.
• Able to work a long day (typical show day runs 10–18 hours).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation for personnel during show day (hotel/airport pickups and drop-offs).
• Run errands: department meals, laundry, groceries, packages, equipment rentals, coffee runs.
• Coordinate take-out orders with local restaurants and distribute to touring personnel.
• Coordinate grocery lists and deliveries to the venue.
• Assist production staff with general duties.
• Maintain cash and receipts for expenses.
• Provide local area information to touring staff.
• Pickup/drop-off company-rented 15-passenger and cargo vans.
• Light admin duties like copies, signage, cash reconciliation.
• Maintain confidentiality; handle special projects as assigned.
