Easterseals-Goodwill Northern Rocky Mountain Brand is seeking an Assistant Manager to support production and retail operations. The role involves leading staff meetings, coaching for performance, monitoring production metrics, and assisting with staffing, reporting, and budget controls to ensure store success.

The position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work with a diverse team. Flexible hours, weekends, and travel may be required.

Competenze

• Must be able to read, write and speak the English language to communicate with staff and guests.
• Must have computer experience and be competent in internet use and a variety of computer software applications.
• Prefer profit and loss, sales, or cost management accountability experience.
• Must have strong interpersonal, communication, monetary, organization, and decision-making skills.
• Sensitive to guest needs and wishes.
• Ability to work effectively with people with disabilities or other special needs preferred.

Mansioni

• Conducts regular staff meetings to improve communication (daily toolbox talks, monthly department meetings, weekly management team meetings).
• Develops a superior workforce through coaching conversations and development plans, and taking action with staff not meeting expectations.
• Reviews production results on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Monitors staff productivity to establish standards/goals and addresses deficiencies.
• Assist manager in production-focused duties while remaining knowledgeable in retail operations.
• Assist in staffing model utilization to schedule staff and forecast salary expenditures.
• Assist in timely reporting related to HR, Safety/Asset Protection, and Accounting.
• Responsible for store performance and meeting budgets in revenue, payroll, and controllable expenses.
