G&W Electric Co. is hiring a Production Inspector for a 5:00am–1:30pm shift. You will inspect components and finished products for ISO conformance, train staff in control methods, and prepare NCRs and reports. The role emphasizes QA, process control and teamwork in a manufacturing environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years’ manufacturing experience, ability to read drawings and use calipers/micrometers and a Fluke multimeter. Wage ranges typically $20–$23 per hour with full benefits.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, BOMs, wiring and ladder diagrams.
• Basic MS Word and Excel; ERP system experience desirable.
• Ability to use calipers, micrometers and a Fluke multimeter.

Responsabilidades

• Perform final inspection tasks on switches and part orders.
• Train production personnel in effective process controls.
• Prepare reports for all findings and enter NCRs.
• Shut down non-conforming processes after notifying the Supervisor.
• Write Customer Improvement Initiatives for repetitive problems.
• Maintain ISO compliance and document actions in forms.
