Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 1–3 years of manufacturing experience, plus basic MS Word/Excel skills and ERP familiarity. Pay is $20–$23 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections on switches and part orders before shipment.
• Prepare reports for all findings and input NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).
• Assist in creating and implementing process control charts for critical processes.
• Train production personnel in effective inspection methods.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and document actions in quality forms.
