Qualifications

• 4 year degree in a scientific discipline is required.
• 1+ years' experience in a scientific or quality-related discipline, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or willing to learn.
• Analytical and statistical skills for result interpretation.
• Organized, process-driven, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Willingness to cross-train and provide coverage for other lab roles as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive quality support across departments in bulk production and packaging.
• Assist with internal and external audits, supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 22716 compliance.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Serve as a backup for the Raw Material Lab, Component Lab, and Finished Good Lab when needed.
