Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience.
• Battery, chemical, semiconductor, automotive, or related industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage quality performance of production lines with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards during production.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Review and approve engineering changes from a quality perspective.
• Support QA and Engineering during process improvements and troubleshooting.
