Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing management role, like industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, technical, and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Fully supports safety culture and aims for zero accidents.
• Supports Quality and Environmental missions in the plant.
• Operate lines and perform washouts; provide cell support.
• Monitor cell performance indicators and drive improvements for Safety, Quality, Productivity.
• Facilitate TPM activities.
• Labor System Reporting.
• Inventory Management.
• Coordinate UP activity: line assignments, priorities, temp staff, trainings.
• Develop staff through training and coaching.
• Lead 8-12 employees and 5-6 lines per shift.
• Oversee training and performance reviews for operators and mechanics.
• Provide technical coaching and training.
• Lead Line Improvement Teams and track OEE vs. goals.
• Accountable for Safety, Quality, OEE, and Budget; audit GMP compliance.
• Orient/train temporary employees.
• Demonstrate can-do leadership and drive for excellence.
• Maintain flexible work schedule.
