Vivex Biologics is seeking an Operations Production Quality Control Technician I to review and verify tissue processing documentation and batch records. This role ensures compliance with QA and regulatory standards and supports archival activities.

The Operations Production Quality Control Technician I reviews and inspects documentation requirements of tissue during all steps of processing of Musculoskeletal tissue and Birth tissue. The Production Quality Control Technician I also reviews documentation for the cleaning of processing rooms and documentation for the sterilization of goods used in the production of allografts. The Production Quality Control Technician I will also verify documentation against electronic records and upload Tissue batch and labeling batch records into electronic form. The Production Quality Control Technician I will also archive documentation complying with Quality Assurance requirements as mandated by federal, state, and trade regulations.

Bachelor’s degree in science or related with a minimum of 0-1-year relevant experience or associate degree with 1 or more years of relevant experience, preferred. Tissue Banking experience Preferred. Strong analytical, planning critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to effectively communicate with multidisciplinary teams.
Majority of the work is performed indoors in an office environment.
The ability to Sit for extended periods of time. Regular lifting/carrying light objects up to 10 pounds.
