Job description

The Processing Supervisor will supervise and lead the assigned area of the operations section of manufacturing and ensure safe and effective processing of human tissue grafts for transplantation.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in musculoskeletal allograft processing, or a minimum of one year of prior team lead or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.

Work Environment And Physical Activities

• Requires heavy lifting, continuous standing, and is physically demanding.
• May require working around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields.
• Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.

Desired Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Certified Tissue Bank Specialist (CTBS) certification.
• Knowledge of processing anatomy, sterile techniques, and medical terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to report numbers accurately and monitor error control.
• Technical and professional expertise in solving problems, analyzing issues, and fostering innovation.
• Developing and coaching skills to help others reach their fullest potential.
• Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
