Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of EVMS, IMP/IMS and risk management processes.
• Experience with government projects with direct customer interfaces.
• Ability to recruit, retain and develop key talent for production programs.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, meeting cost, schedule, and technical targets.
• Establish performance baselines and resource allocation plans.
• Lead program reviews and primary customer contact for activities.
• Manage all phases of programs from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with supporting functions to monitor ongoing performance.
• Identify risks, issues, and opportunities and apply corrective actions.
• Develop new business or expand existing products with customers.
• Provide leadership to maintain an open, inclusive team environment.
• Participate in contract negotiations, reporting, and changes.
