Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Program Manager 1-Production to drive planning, execution, and growth of production programs. The role focuses on transitioning to production, managing sustainment contracts, and pursuing new opportunities with major customers.

Qualified candidates will have 5+ years in program management, EVMS/IMS knowledge, and the ability to lead large-scale production programs. On-site role with a US security clearance pathway and strong cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) and program performance measurement.
• Experience with Integrated Master Plan (IMP) / Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Experience managing government or defense-related projects/programs is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own overall program execution, ensuring cost, schedule and technical performance targets.
• Establish baselines and update resource allocation plans.
• Lead reviews, coordinate with functional teams, and manage customer interfaces.
• Identify risks and opportunities, implement corrective actions, and drive growth opportunities.
