Job summary

Dutch Clips LLC is seeking a Production Manager to oversee sewing, printing, cutting, metal fabrication, and 3D production, ensuring safe, on-schedule workflows and high output quality.

You will manage production teams, drive lean improvements, handle procurement and inventory, coordinate with leadership, and foster a hands-on, accountable and growth-minded culture in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience managing production teams or manufacturing operations preferred.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practical application.
• Experience overseeing multiple production processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on production environment.
• Demonstrates a growth mindset with creativity and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all production departments, including sewing, printing, cutting, metal fabrication, and 3D production.
• Ensure production schedules are met and workflows move smoothly from one stage to the next.
• Monitor output quality and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.
• Proactively coordinate cross department communication to prevent bottlenecks and delays.
• Plan, prioritize, and assign tasks to ensure timely completion of orders and projects.
• Communicate production timelines and updates to leadership.
• Oversee procurement of materials, supplies, and components.
• Maintain inventory levels and manage vendor relationships.
