Job summary

DutchWare is seeking a Production Manager to oversee all production operations across sewing, printing, cutting, metal fabrication, and 3D production. You will act as the central project manager, ensuring on‑time handoffs, clear communication, and consistent output quality.

You will lead multiple departments, optimize workflows using lean principles, plan tasks, and coordinate procurement and inventory to meet demand.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing production teams or manufacturing operations.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and practical application.
• Experience overseeing multiple production processes simultaneously.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to manage procurement, inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on production environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sewing, printing, cutting, metal fabrication, and 3D production.
• Ensure schedules are met and workflows move smoothly between stages.
• Monitor quality and resolve production issues quickly.
• Coordinate cross‑department communication to prevent bottlenecks.
• Lead procurement and inventory management, vendor relationships.
• Supervise staff, provide training and performance feedback.
