Job summary

BrassCraft Manufacturing in the United States is seeking a Production Manager to own daily production operations, drive Lean manufacturing improvements, and lead a team of group leaders and hourly staff. You will apply Masco Operating System principles to hit Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People KPIs while collaborating with Engineering, Planning and Quality.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or Operations Management and 5+ years in a similar role; or 10+ years in a manufacturing leadership role.
• Experience with ISO quality management systems and Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production operations and drive safety, quality, delivery, cost and people KPIs.
• Lead Group Leaders, Team Leaders and hourly employees; partner with Engineering, Planning, CI and Quality.
• Apply Masco Operating System and Lean principles to sustain improvements and cost savings.
