Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 8+ years in food, beverage, dairy, or regulated manufacturing.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing.
• 3+ years in aseptic, UHT, or thermal processing.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement.
