Job summary

Gehl-Food- is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the Day Shift in Wisconsin. You will lead manufacturing teams in a fast-paced aseptic production environment, manage schedules, safety, quality, efficiency, and drive continuous improvement to build a high-performance culture.

You will oversee shifts, coordinate changeovers, monitor OEE, and ensure compliance with GMP and company standards while supporting training and performance management of staff.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably food, process, high-speed packaging, or Form-Fill-Seal.
• 2+ years of supervisory, management, or team-lead experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of aseptic processes/equipment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP/HMI systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, develop, and manage production employees.
• Coordinate production schedules, startups, shutdowns, and changeovers.
• Monitor workflow, output, product quality, OEE, and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement and resolve production issues.
• Lead shift huddles and ensure effective communication across teams.
• Promote and enforce Safety, Quality, GMP, GFSI, and company standards.
• Participate in safety and quality audits and corrective actions.
• Conduct accident and near-miss investigations.
• Support employee training, development, performance management, and engagement.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge of production equipment and aseptic processes.
